Organizational Chart

this image represents the organizational makeup of the canadian human rights commission: the chief commissioner is at the head of the organization, which is made up of five different branches. the commission members and the secretary general report directly to the chief commissioner. the secretary general is supported by the following branches: dispute resolution, discrimination prevention, knowledge centre, corporate management and communications. the dispute resolution branch is supported by the following units: resolution services, investigations, litigation services and the legal advisory and regulatory affairs division.the discrimination prevention branch includes the prevention initiatives and liaison division, the employment equity compliance division, and regional offices located in alberta and quebec. the knowledge centre includes the strategic initiatives division, the research and statistical analysis division, the national aboriginal initiative, and the policy and international program. the corporate management branch  is supported by the corporate counsel division, the financial and administrative services division, the human resources division, the information management and information technology division, the planning, audit and evaluation division, and the senior advisor to corporate management. the communications branch is supported by the operations division, the editorial division, the external relations division and executive services.
