Spending Trend

This graph illustrates the actual spending for the last three years 2009-2012, forecast spending for 2012-13 and planned spending for the next three years, 2013 to 2016. It contains two lines: one for total spending plus sunset programs and one for total spending. Due to additional funds being allocated to the sunset programs between 2009 and 2012, the gap between the two lines widened during that period. The gap is expected to narrow over 2012-2013 and close completely by 2014-15 when the funding for the repeal of section 67 of the CHRA will sunset.
