On July 12, 2006, the Commission approved minutes of settlement between the Research Council Employees’ Association (RCEA) and the National Research Council of Canada. The minutes settle a pay equity dispute involving employees of the National Research Council in female predominant groups. The Commission accepted this complaint in November 1999.
