The Commission sets release date for Professor Richard Moon’s independent study on how best to address hate messages on the Internet.

Earlier this year, the Canadian Human Rights Commission (CHRC) launched a comprehensive policy review on how best to address hate messages on the Internet. Leading constitutional law expert Professor Richard Moon of the University of Windsor was commissioned to prepare an independent study as an important part of this review.

Professor Moon has now submitted his report and it is currently being translated. The Commission will release the report in both official languages on Monday November 24, 2008. It will be available for download on the Commission's Website.
